You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or violates the rights of any third party. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent any security measures of the platform. Abuse of the credit or generation systems is strictly prohibited.
DERSTY.ai, its branding, design, and proprietary systems are the intellectual property of DERSTY.ai and its operators. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our platform to you. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime or interruptions.
